The work of creating human rights culture in society cannot be done by any individual. There is a need for bringing various stakeholders on a common platform. Various agencies, NGOs, educational institutions, government bodies, researchers and activists can contribute to this effort by undertaking research on various issues, holding workshops, organizing campaigns, advocacy drives, providing information and advise on human rights. The media persons, universities and researchers can spread human rights education (HRE).

The Commission therefore, would like to prepare a database on networking partners in the field of human rights protection and promotion.
